  • Pets are allowed with prior approval and registration through our third-party partner, with an annual fee. Small pets (hamsters, birds, fish) are permitted. Two pets per household are allowed, subject to a non-refundable fee and a monthly fee per pet. No More than two (2) Pets Per unit. None refundable pet fee has to be paid in full prior to animal going into unit. Monthly Pet rent will be charged per pet per month.

  • Residents, their household members, and guests are prohibited from smoking (including cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping) in their units, within the building, or in any common areas, This includes the parking lot, picnic area/ pond, and the exterior of the building up to 50 feet. This policy ensures a smoke-free living environment for all.
