|Recommended: YesThink Twice — I have lived here for 5 years because overall the property is well kept but very pricy for apartments that have not been remodeled. The heat is on a timer and at times it is very cold in my apartment. The windows are very old and do not provide much warmth. I have a couple of neighbors on my floor that smoke marijuana all day and night even though this is a supposedly smoke free building and nothing is done. I have also asked to move to another apartment due to affordability but was recently told that management would not benefit from me moving and that I would be the only one benefiting. Also, office staff and maintenance workers can utilize parking spaces and tenants are forced to park on the street or walk far to park. Handicap spaces are taken by those who are not handicapped, and nothing is done.
